Are We Thirsty?

Why do we thirst?

Do we thirst because we need something FROM God, because we need Him to DO something OR because we just NEED HIM -a SOUL NEED only He can fill IN us and THROUGH US by obedience, by belief?

Are we thirsty?

Come!

Be ‘being continually filled’

Each moment His

Each breath His

Each learning moment transformed – guilt to grace

Each failure transformed to faith

Each depth of agony replaced with joy

Each Victory celebrated!

Are we thirsty?

Drink…

On the last day, the climax of the festival, Jesus stood and shouted to the crowds, “Anyone who is thirsty may come to me! – John 7:37 NLT

Rely Hard

I try hard to forget the pain the numbing emptiness, the raw hurt. It emerges on occassion  and I choke it back. No tears. Maybe I should try to rely hard on The Master. The creator of my emotions, my gifts, my talents I’m borrowing. But death is a silent tormentor.

A steward am I faithful, when I try hard to forget.

Rely Hard on the Master.

Remember and heal.

Rely hard and rest, find peace.
